| Description: | Winter time is a perfect time to cozy up in front of a nice warm fireplace with a good book, and we will have the opportuity to hear about two treasures for your winter reading. Martha Sobaje has authored the book just being released on Russell Saunders, a great pedagogue of the organ. Saunders was her teacher. Brink Bush will discuss a book he edited on Virgil Fox, (The Great). The book, The Innermost Secrets by T. Ernest Nichols, covers the life and work of Fox, including his teaching techniques and pedaling exercises. We are privileged to have such scholars in the ranks of our membership, and we hope you will be inspired by their presentations. Be THERE! |
