| Description: | This year is the 300th anniversary of the publishing of Johann Freylinghausen's Neues Geistreiches Gesangbuch in 1704. I'm not sure what day, but June 1 seemed a good day to think about it. Freylinghausen was also a composer as well as a publisher. He wrote the tune Mach Hoch die Tur and Gott sei dank. |
